Client number

The client number is located on the renewal notice and registration certificate.
For an example, Click on the sample renewal notice

Enter the client number in the box provided.

Please note: Ensure the client number is the correct one for the vehicle.

Plate number

The plate number is the number displayed on the number plate of the vehicle, cycle or trailer - eg VHC340. The plate number is also displayed on the renewal notice and registration certificate.
For an example, Click on the sample renewal notice

Enter the plate number in the box provided.

Plate type

The plate type refers to the type of number plate displayed on the vehicle, cycle or trailer - eg alphanumeric, personalised, grand prix. The plate type and a brief description appear on the renewal notice and registration certificate.
For an example, Click on the sample renewal notice

Select the appropriate plate type from those listed in drop down box.
